PLC-controlled wood copy lathe for turning and milling.
The machine has two controlled axes: the longitudinal axis and the rotary axis.
Input of various feed rates and corresponding lengths for turning, as well as additional divisions and pitches for milling.
Multiple programs can be stored for turning and milling operations.
Hydraulic copying of a pattern or template.
The roughing and copying tools are equipped with fine adjustments.
Template adjustment can be made from the front and rear via fine-threaded spindles.
The copying length can be divided into up to 6 sections with different feed rates for turning highly contoured workpieces.

Drive motor 400V / 3kW with electric motor brake.
Two speed stages adjustable via belt drive; within the stages, operation can be continuously adjusted using a frequency inverter.
Speed stage 1: 200 - 2000 RPM
