KARL SCHNELL 740 HORIZONTAL MIXER – STAINLESS STEEL

KARL SCHNELL 740 industrial horizontal mixer, designed for mixing, homogenizing, and preparing food products in industrial facilities processing meat, prepared foods, and pet food.

The equipment incorporates a large-capacity horizontal tank with a mechanical agitation system, which allows for uniform distribution of ingredients and the creation of homogeneous mixtures of solid, pasty, or semi-solid products.
Its stainless steel construction, robust industrial design, and bottom discharge system facilitate integration into production lines that require controlled and repetitive mixing processes.

OPERATING PROCESS

The ingredients are introduced into the horizontal tank of the KARL SCHNELL 740 using the top feed system.
During the process, the internal mixing elements perform a mechanical movement that allows the ingredients to be distributed, different components to be incorporated, and the product to be homogenized.
The mixing time and conditions are adjusted according to the characteristics of the raw material and the required formulation.
Once the cycle is complete, the product is discharged through the bottom discharge system to continue to the next production operations.
It can be integrated with industrial grinders, emulsifiers, product pumps, cooking systems, feed tanks, fillers, and packaging lines.

APPLICATIONS
Especially suitable for meat industries, wet pet food manufacturers, and prepared food producers.

Depending on the installed configuration, it can be used for:
- Ground meat mixtures
- Meat preparations
- Products for sausages
- Wet food for dogs and cats
- Mixtures of meat and by-products for pet food
- Pâtés and food pastes - Preparations with proteins and fats
- Semi-solid and pasty products
- Other compatible food formulations

The KARL SCHNELL 740 provides an industrial solution for the preparation and homogenization of food mixtures, facilitating the uniform incorporation of ingredients before subsequent processing operations.

The useful capacity of the tank, installed power, agitation speed, and internal configuration should be confirmed through the equipment's technical documentation.
