Overview

Complete glass bottle line for still soft drinks and juices, built around a Krones Modulfill filler with Variojet rinser from 2015 and rated at 13,000 bottles per hour on 1 l and 22,000 bottles per hour on 0.25 l. The line runs non-returnable glass: depalletizing, rinsing, hot or cold filling, a White Cap twist-off capping machine behind the filler, hot-fill pasteurization, cooling, full bottle inspection, labelling on a Krones Prontomatic and a Langguth labeller, sleeving, tray and carton packing, incrating and palletizing, with buffer table. Two cappers are part of the line. The filler runs hot fill and can also fill cold, which widens the range of products the line can handle. There is no carbonator, so the line fills still (non-carbonated) products only.
